MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - Minnesota Timberwolves forward Al Jefferson had surgery to repair a torn anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee.
The procedure was performed Wednesday at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York. Jefferson, averaging 23.1 points and 11 rebounds, was injured in a Feb. 8 game at New Orleans.
